The U14 football development squad headed for Dungarvan on Saturday morning, 18th July. They had their first match at 11am. Kerry were their opponents, where Kerry came out on top on a score line of 2-12 to 0-09.

Their second match against Limerick was a lot tighter match with Cork running our winners, thus securing them a place in the plate semi final. Cork 3-04 to Limerick 1-08.

The semi final match was against Clare. Cork came out easy winners to reach the final against Waterford. Cork 5-13 to Clare 0-04.

The final against Waterford was held in Busypark, Dungarvan. Cork maintained their high quality football throughout this game and ran out worthy winners of the Jum Power Plate Competition.

Congratulations to Sean O'Sullivan and Evan O'Sullivan from Rylane for the part they played in the blitz. A great day was had by all involved.
