Aghabullogue’s Intermediate Football championship got off to a disappointing start when they were defeated by Valley Rovers on Friday 18th April in Ovens. Valley Rovers opened the scoring with a point from play and at half time lead on a score line of 0-07 to 0-03. The conditions on the night did not help the quality of play and Valley Rovers ran out winners in the end on a final scoreline of 0-12 to 0-05. Aghabullogue now meet Ballyclough in the losers round.
