Our u13 hurlers took on Clonakilty in Coachford this evening in their semi final. The lads undoubtedly produced their best performance of the season especially in the opening half. From the outset Eoghan O Riordan proved a serious goal threat from full forward and had some sublime touches and finishes. TJ Roche had a few beautiful scores from play and placed balls. Aghabullogue had a commanding lead at half time and were able to introduce a few player off the bench and Conor Roche added two well taken scores following his introduction. Clonakilty did hit a purple patch in the final quarter but the backs stood firm and Jack Ronan made a string of superb saves in goal. Aghabullogue now advance to face a difficult test in the final against Nemo Rangers.
